What we need from you

A meter list and the consumption readings you already have. No hardware, no site visits, no IT project.

kWIQly works with data your organisation already collects. For the free assessment, an export from your supplier portal or data collector is usually enough. Give us as much or as little as you can easily lay your hands on: the more buildings, the better.

The data

Meter list - one row per meter: meter number (in the UK the MPAN or MPRN), site name and postcode or address.
Energy type - electricity, gas, water and heat.
Consumption readings - interval data, such as quarter-hourly or half-hourly values, for each meter in the list.
History - as long as you have. Twelve months cover a full seasonal cycle, but a shorter period is enough to start.
Format - CSV or Excel exports are fine. We check and convert them; you do not need to reformat anything.
Optional context - opening hours, building use or known changes such as refurbishments help us interpret findings faster.

How your data reaches us

1. Export

You or your data collector export the meter list and readings from the systems you already use.

2. Secure transfer

Files are transferred over an encrypted connection, for example SFTP. For ongoing assessments we can receive regular automated feeds from your data collector.

3. Check and import

We check the data for completeness, flag gaps and inconsistencies, and load it into the kWIQly platform.

4. First findings

First findings within 24 hours of access to usable meter data. We check completeness and suitability first and flag any gaps that need resolving. We then arrange a one-hour review with you.
