1. Data suitability check
We discuss your portfolio and check a meter list and readings. You arrange an export and secure transfer; we check and import the files. No new hardware or IT integration project is required.
2. Initial findings and action list
First findings within 24 hours of access to usable data. In a one-hour session, we review the analysis together and prioritise recommended actions. Your team validates the findings against conditions on site.
3. Three months to validate the value
Receive platform access and a walkthrough. Your team investigates and implements chosen actions. We meet monthly for up to 45 minutes to review progress and assess changes in consumption.
4. Your subscription decision
The assessment is free. If you want to continue, we discuss an annual subscription and your portfolio-specific quote. Compare the proposed cost with the value demonstrated during the assessment. There is no obligation to proceed.
We stay involved until the change shows in the data
Each finding tells your team where to look. They confirm the cause on site and make the change. We then compare consumption before and after, accounting for weather, opening hours and changes in use, so you can see what each action achieved.

Do we need to install any hardware?
No. kWIQly works with the data your existing fiscal meters already record. There are no sensors to install and no site visits.
What data do you need?
A list of your meters with site and address, and their consumption readings, ideally interval data such as quarter-hourly or half-hourly values. An export from your supplier portal or data collector is usually enough.

First findings within 24 hours of access to usable meter data. We check completeness and suitability first and flag any gaps that need resolving. We then arrange a one-hour review with you.
What does the assessment cost?
Nothing. The assessment is free and carries no obligation. If you want to continue afterwards, we offer an annual subscription with flexible pricing, which we discuss with you openly.
What happens after the three months?
You decide. If you do not want to continue, there are no strings attached, and the savings you have made are yours.
Is our data secure?
Your data is stored on servers in London and is transferred and accessed over encrypted connections only. Every user has a personal login. Customers receive a separate data processing agreement, and we sign an NDA beforehand on request. When our collaboration ends, we delete your data within 14 days.
